I've been getting emails from my aol email address to myself at that same address. How the hell is this done and should I be worried someone has access to my computer or something? I don't see anything in my sent mail. Weird. |

They're from your future self. But, no, it is possible for a program to spoof your e-mail address and use the address book on another machine to mass mail the recipients in that address book (both the sending and the 'fake' e-mail address would come from that machine's address book). So it would look like you are e-mailing yourself, but the problem is on another computer entirely (like your friend's computer). Something like that anyway. I've received a few of these and they're basically benign. I've even seen some 'sent' from a deactivated e-mail account. This goes without saying, but don't open them. However, if you're getting a ton of bounceback e-mails from other servers, this could mean that someone has compromised your account. I don't have a tech background to speak of, so maybe someone else here can provide more insight. |

I get 4 or 5 emails sent from myself to my mobile phone every day. |

I have been getting similar emails to my AOL address; they say they are from my address, but have other senders names in them. I have also had big increase of spam that my filters don't catch. |

I sent a guy an e-mail to himself to not check his google mail in the sprint store. I wonder if he freaked out. PS: Never check your e-mail in the sprint store. |
