For free, check out Mail Chimp. You can have up to 100 subscribers and it won't cost ya a cent
Pricing is on a monthly basis or a pay as needed. Both are cheap.So what you'll need is either a database (or spreadsheet saved as .csv) with basic info - ideally name and email address. Or if this is a fresh list then just start off with a subscribe page, your email template and an unsubscribe page (with the option to unsubscribe in the email. this is a MUST HAVE).
