Somebody needs to make either a NGE metal concept album (and by somebody I mean Gamma Ray) or do metal covers of all the NGE songs. I'd buy that in a hot minute.

My love for that song, and particularly for the AWK version, is beyond measure. Ai Senshi is so good even Gackt couldn't mess it up! Shoko Nakagawa (Shoko-tan) did a really good cover of the Eva theme, but I still want a metal version (that's not by Animetal).
