 "They're by an artist named Grik, who is in the OG OC ska band GOGO13 with Yo Gabba Gabba! character designer Parker Jacobs. Who is co-creator Christian Jacobs' brother. The Aquabats(Christian Jacobs is lead singer aka Bat Commander) had a bunch of villains that looked very similar to Yo Gabba Gabba characters. Brobee the Brocolli Bee was pretty much Brobee, and Cyclopsis was pretty much Muno. They get a bunch of bands on the show because they're all in bands themselves. |
