(Doesn't matter if you're outside the USA).
I tried a few times around Xmas then forgot about it,
but it's still on.
Allegedly you get an email with a photo if your message is chosen ...
NOT THAT I WOULD KNOW as none of mine seemed to pass muster.
Do your worst.
