Anybody try to use these guys in the last 2 days? I've used them 5 or 6 times and always a reply right away. So I emailed them 3 auction requests a day and a half ago and no reply and now 2 out of the 3 auctions ended and missed them. I'm very pissed off about this.

I tried them out a few days ago, it took a day for a reply. I think maybe all your promoting of them has made them too busy. However celga has lost two of my toys and haven't replied I hate not living in Japan.

Oh man that sucks. How did they lose your stuff?? Not getting a reply is one of the reasons for switching to t.b. in the first place.

i got my shipment two days ago and there were not all of the items that they said they had in thier warehouse. I am missing the dirty skullman and original GID skullman(which i got a little crazy with and get a second one since i forgot i just won a prior auction for it, so if it ever comes i'll have it up for trade.) So i emailed them on Wednesday the day that my shipment came. Now there is no response. They never took more than 5 hours to respond to other questions. we shall see, has anyone else had this happen, if so how good were they at fixing it?

as far as celga shipments this has happened several times to people. one time to me.

I only had 3 items there, and they left out 1 of the items for the shipment, so I had to pay for another shipment.

they won't do anything about it, like pay for the shipment or anything else.
hopefully that is all that happened with your stuff.

i have a few new items in their warehouse, so i don't mind paying for shipping again, i just want my stuff. Also tokyobuyers replied, not lightning fast, but i guess not too bad. I do like Celga's organization much betterthough.
