On Starz Cable. I'm hooked...! Cheesy knock off of "300" x "Gladiator", but i'll take it...! Extreme violence, blood, sex, nudity. what more can a guy ask for? http://www.starz.com/originals/spartacu ... =spartacus |

Gladiator + 300 = The "TV equivalent" Spartacus Every episode is a 3 part mix of: Nudity Gore Fighting Not much depth, but definitely a fun show. |

The second I saw Xena's boobs I had to walk away, I knew I was done. It was like seeing my mom naked in the sense of memories. Also the constant handjobs from slaves turned me off, I couldn't focus on the plot due to constant hand jobs! (feel free to use that as a sig.) |

Love it. It's gratuitous like "true blood" which I label as "redneck vampire porn". |

Men in skirts with weapons, women in gauzy classical drapes. What is not to love? Haven't seen it yet but I love gladiator cheese. Dang, iTunes only has the "motion comic" version for now and I don't get Starz. Oh well with a little hunting around, anything can be found... |

If you have Netflix, you can watch all the Spartacus episodes the same night they air or anytime afterwards from their online site. Starz is part of their line-up. Laptop in bed, sword in hand. LOL! |

So this Staz dealio - can you add these to your Instant Watch queue? That'd be great - then I can watch this stuff on my TV rather than sitting in front of the computer. |

I got sick of rising cable costs so we dumped cable and watch Netflix thru our computers or xbox to watch it on our tv. |

Yeah, we have no TV reception at all - our TV is now just a monitor for Netflix through the Roku. Occasionally we watch Hulu on the computer...but I hate watching TV on the computer. |

every time I tell my brother about a show or movie I just watched he tells me I should be watching Spartacus. I was looking for something to watch while commuting but with talk of xena bewbs and handies, maybe it is better to save this one for home viewing. |

Spartacus is what I would call gratuitous entertainment. As a show it is greatly lacking, and the first episode especially is testing for any newcomer; I would caution patience. I admire the show for knowing its target audience. Take boobs and fighting, throw them together, and mutliply repeatedly; great formula for a certain appeal. But for something to watch and shut off your brain for a while, it beats the heck out of a lot of the other junk out there, especially anything on basic TV. I haven't seen the second season though (unrelated from what I gather) but it is a real shame to hear about the principle actor. I am hoping he stays well and might even return for the third season. |

yes, but the prequel didn't buy enough time. so they had to either cancel the 2nd season or find a new lead. too bad cause I really liked the first guy. |

That trailer got me all pumped up for the new season, then it says January 2012. Looks like I will have to go and re-watch Blood and Sand until then. |
