Quick question. Do SAL shipments from Japan have any insurance coverage? I recently lost a package (it's nearly 90 days but still no show) sent by Celga and when I emailed them about it they said there's nothing they can do. No partial credit no nothing. |

SAL is a definite no-no . . . always hit the EMS option! I'd say unfortunately you're SOL! |

Yeah...it's the cheap option but not insured. I used SAL by mistake one time from Kaiju-taro and my package took approximately 3 months. I'm glad it did arrive but it was a pain in the ass and I wouldn't use it again. |

jebcrow wrote: don't listen to scary andy,,he is just a drama queen As regards filing an insurance claim he's SOL . . . getting the goods, maybe, eventually, one day when he's least expecting it! You've obviously still to experience the full-blown retarded nature of Parcelfarce if you think anything's 'guaranteed'! |

I've had SAL shipments in the past, they usually take a lot longer than expected, but also always get here. I do prefer EMS though. 90% of the time. |
