Here are two free wallpaper downloads from the Shout! Factory website of the fantastic anatomical art for Gamera and Barugon, which I commissioned from illustrator Joylon B. Yates. He did an amazing job of updating the original anatomical drawings featured in Japanese children's books in the 1960s and 1970s by Shoji Otomo and Shogo Endo, and his art will be featured in each and every release (eight in all), representing Gamera and all of his foes. Those are great...thanks August! I just pre-ordered the new Gamera dvd. I'm really anxious to hear your commentary track! Congrats on being able to produce the special features on this! It's going to be great seeing an updated widescreen transfer in all of it B&W glory! |
