I believe you need a permit in the uS for that-I actually loked into shrunken heads a few years back but 1-eeeww nasty 2 need permits for that shit!!!! |

My uncle took one when he was young and visited the catacombs in Paris (that place is sick, if you visit Paris, make sure you go down, there's places where walls and floors are made entirely of human bones...). I remember holding it and playing with it when I was 8 or something.. I'm not sure I could still do that today though..
