This guy is one of my heroes. I used to draw comics all the time when I was very young and when I got my first comic "Midnite the Rebel Skunk", I was blown away by his style and vision. he's a nice guy (some of my family in NYC had him over for dinner a while back), and very talented. so he's trying to raise money for an animation project that he's working on. It's an all or nothing thing; if he doesn't reach his goal, we don't pay anything. there's a video on the site where you can hear him talk more about the project and his feelings about cartoons and animation in general. Also, here's a little interview where he gets to talk about his passion for hand-drawn animation: http://www.awn.com/blogs/nuts-and-bolts ... -animation More: http://comicrazys.com/2008/09/16/midnit ... on-knight/ (NSFW) http://www.miltonknight.net (NSFW) ...some sexual stuff in comics and artwork. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YYccr7YqCrs (he did some work for the Sonic the Hedgehog show. I thought the vibe was misplaced, but funny anyway) Please make a donation! http://www.kickstarter.com/projects/185 ... -animation (where the magic happens. every little bit helps! we spend 100s of dollars on toys and art, let's help this guy out! everything helps!) Thanks! -g |
