Sent him a figure about 6 months ago for painting. Haven't been able to get a hold of him - (email, pm, phone, text) Would just like to get my figure back - painted or not painted. If anyone on here knows him, maybe you can give him a heads up. Thanks. |

yup, he'll be back. same thing happened to me,, took him a while to paint and return the figure, but the paint job made up for the long wait in a big way. just be patient, he will eventually come through |

Yeah, don't worry. RH is a good guy, just gets buried occasionally like we all do. And, yes, he did just do a cross-country move recently. -- jJ |

still no excuse for no response. Sounds like things will be fine but there's an accepted tolerance here for this from custom painters. No problem if you explain upfront but communication is key. |

Honestly, I have been out of the loop and I think I have contacted all those involved. Not to make excuses or give a sob story but its been 4 moves, 3 states this year and the past 3 months 55plus hour weeks. Checking emails and collecting/painting toys have really fell of the list of priorities I will be back when things settle on my end in a few weeks, and those few who are waiting know whats up. Thanks |
