Dunno. I don't like the black detolf. The dust shows up more. Let me re-phrase that, I don't like the detolf period in whatever color it comes from. It's a dust magnet. =(

HA! Yes! I was at 2 Ikeas this weekend and was kind of like "Who the fuck puts white furniture in their house?"

That said, I can relate to your discontinued woes...See skylar's thread about the doors that he finally found after years of looking for doors like this for a bookcase.

I'm on a "FUCK IKEA" kick this week due to discontinued items fucking up our whole room plan.

I bought some spot lights to hang over some art. 10w halogen bulbs. <--- have to be replaced every 1-2 months.

Short term gain LONG TERM LOSSES. These spotlights could very well be the death of me dancing on top of a ladder...
