This reeks of phony. 1. No way any company would repeat the level of detail including phrases like: "quadriplegic hooker" or "ungreased backdoor, Hammertime lovemaking session" 2. Pretty sure no one at Cash 4 Gold has a title of "seasoned geologist" 3. If keeping as evidence, they imply litigation. No way they would send a letter of this nature if they truly planned to sue this person. 4. No company would call a customer (even a ridiculous one) moronic in a letter where they threatened to sue them (see point #3) 5. No real employee would sign a letter like this without including their job title. I'm not buying it. |

also it doesn't seem like CashForGold is a Fortune 500 company.... so I doubt they'd be very formal about these types of things. They just seem like a small facility somewhere in Florida, and yea, I can see some dude getting pissed off about some guy trying to pass off gold painted rocks (LOL) as real gold, and sending this letter to make him stfu |

I'm too lazy to look this up, but from what I remember reading their first offer is a lowball- You send them gold they send you an offer, you accept or decline, and if you decline they will up their price and if you decline again they might even up it a third time before sending you back your gold. |
