O.k. Here goes nothing... I'm an artist of sorts, but comic stylization is my thing... I really like the idea of the moleskine's being passed around, but it takes a long time to get from point a-b... My idea is to take a page out of history and do what all great comickers have been up to for forever and have a comic session (online). We could start a story every Friday or Saturday and have it completed by the end of the weekend. on how many people decide to join the email list is how many panels the story would get to complete itself... All free form, all fun... If your thing is drawing dicks on stick figures, you'd be welcome to add another panel to the caboodle. I know a lot of times people think of things like this and they fall apart before they even get off the ground, but with all the talented artists here we could have a really cool group... It should be something done off SB, (I'm just thinking of all the space the photo files would gob up...) but the finished story could be compiled and shared, if others wanted to see the monstrosity... I'm personally just looking for ways to stretch my brain here, so if anyone else wants to try it let me know, I have a system set up so if you don't think this sounds like a waste of time write back.

O.k. So I've only had one other person write to me to let me know they were interested... So I thought I would be a little more detailed about my plans for the e-mail sesh.

1 Find out how many people are going to be part of the story.

2. Make a list of the people and assign them their panel number. Essentially the same way the Moleskine's were being passed around, only digitally and with a faster turnaround...

3.If you feel uncomfortable giving your e-mail address to everyone on the list, you can send your contribution to me, and I will in turn sent it to the next numbered person in line.

4.When it's your turn to show your panel a.scan or b. photograph your art, and pass it on (e-mail) to the next person on the list.

5. After the last person on the list finishes, I will compile all the art together in one file so we can post it. In the appropriate forum section...

There's room for improvement on this method of doing things, but for now that's all I could think of off the top of my head... I'm heading out to work now, and I'll write more about this later, but think it over... Like I said, this isn't about showboating, it's just another way to stretch those muscles inside your skull....

Peace and Rainbows,

Michael
