Wow!
Did anyone else see this?
Ortiz goes is to hug and apologize for a head butt and Mayweather unleashes a 1-2 knock out sucker punch combo. I understand "protect at all times" but that was low. What little respect I had for Mayweather is now with extinct, what a scumbag.

I thought it was pretty lame. When you're without a doubt one of the best active boxers right now, there's no reason to take a cheap shot like that.

But I think Mayweather was getting revenge for the headbutt, and didn't think it would cause a knockout. Who knows though.

what about the Merchant interview after the fight? I've had my issues with Larry Merchant for years...and I know people who despise him...but Mayweather has no class on any level. Merchant held his own considering, and I have a newfound respect for him.

what an asshole Mayweather is...this fight just solidifies that fact.

Seriously who hugs someone in the ring... It was all B.S. Mayweather cheap shot, Ortiz was an idiot for coming in with a hug for that headbutt... If you knew Mayweather's personality, and like really knew him, you could see in his eyes, at first, he just tapped him like man fuck off, than he was like "He just mother fucking hugged me in the middle of a boxing match, and I'm not going to knock him out?" That's probably the same thing that happened with that girl he was training too, the girl that's got charges on him. And seriously, who had any respect for Mayweather to begin with?

It was awesome... Ortiz threw an intentional headbutt which was dirty, Mayweather came back and fought dirt with dirt, and won the fight... Rematch, more hype, more $.. That's hoe it goes
