I went to that! I absolutely loved the exhibit, and thought it was a really well put together show.

I was wondering if anyone else here went to the Takashi Murakami curated exhibition 'Little Boy: The Art of Japan's Exploding Subculture' in New York back in 2005, and what they thought of it. When I read the title, I kinda expected something "weird" to be waiting for me in here. Glad it was just the title of the Murakami Exhibit. |

I went to a version of it at the Akron Art Museum, I thought it was before 2005 though...it was pretty excellent. It was fun to see such things in a serious setting. |

I was there! Got to see him speak at one of the events and managed to get his book signed/doodled in. |
