Post subject:  My Friend's Commision
Not sure if this is the right place to post this, if not just let me know.

About a year ago I asked my friend to draw a picture for me. I told him he could draw whatever he wanted just follow the theme of "Chaos" and I asked that a broken TV and an octopus be in the picture. The size is around 15 X 48 so it would have a nice panoramic look. I have not been allowed to look at the progress since he started other than shitty cellphone pictures. Now I have finally been given a chance to see it in person and so far I am very pleased.

but a very cool drawing! is he going to keep it black and white, or will he be coloring it as well?

I am in the process of try to get him some better exposure and work. If anyone is interested in something let me know and I will talk to him.

Unfortunately I don't. He lives out of his car so he doesn't have much room to work, also the reason why the art is at my house now. I am waiting on him to ship me some more things that I can show to people.

He wants to color it later but the original will stay black and white.

Yeah, to me it is a mix between Hard Boiled and the original Heavy Metal cartoon.

The name manga artist that did "Black & White," which was what Tekkon Kinkreet was based off of, is Taiyo Matsumoto.
