"Something as ridiculous as a woman coming in who's probably unknown to anybody, being able to even touch the piece is kind of a slap in the face to the authority of the museum." No shit, Sherlock...I wish she had taken a dump on the thing, get over yourself... The above quote drives me CRAZY on so many levels. Would it have mattered if it was a "known" woman pissing on Still's painting? Crazy that she would be "able to touch" some paint on a canvas? The AUTHORITY OF THE MUSEUM?!? Very amusing story on so many levels. |

I just like how he says that it's shocking that someone would do this in the context of a museum. Is there a place where pissing on classic paintings is accepted? |

I have heard that people damage art in museums more often than you think, but it's generally not publicized to stop others from doing it. |
