Saw these via Flynn's Twitter ... amazing stuff with subtle brilliance of connotation in the design elements. Much like the old Fillmore-era posters of the late '60s, it's amazing to see who was on some of the bills and in what order. E.G. Sex Pistols opening for Crime at a small club in San Francisco ... reminds me of how Jimi Hendrix used to be the opening act for The Monkees. |
