seeing this brought back memories of, as a kid, trying to melt a secret wars spider-man in an attempt to make a carnage figure. it totally did not work.

is that charred piece from the same seller/customizer who makes all those carded "vintage toys that should have been" made stuff? like the Halloween (movie) figures that were made on kenner-style star wars-esque carded 2-packs? if so, i like that persons stuff, but agree that the pricing is pretty high (most of the time, but it depends on how you look at it). overall, pretty original/awesome stuff!
