I'm starting to wonder if Mandarake's online and in-store pricing systems are different. Last month, I bought a Maverasu figure at the Nakano store for $70 less than it was recently selling for (now "sold out") on the site. I've also spotted a number of Bees and other figures at higher prices online than the prices I saw in the stores. Can anyone else who has both been at the stores and has also checked out their online prices add anything? It's possible that they had more than one of the Maverasu figure (which I doubt, since only 25 were made) and had both pieces priced at grossly different prices. But if others chime in we might be able to figure out if there's something else going on. |

Mandarake's prices are completely random. I've seen the same toy with different prices at the different store locations. Prices also go up and down as they hit the shelves. In general though, their in-store prices are usually lower than their website prices. |
