I know I'm pretty late on this,,,but I just found out last night that hostess went out of business in late November... I'm now awash with sad memories of snoballs & frozen twinkies Crazy request,,,but could anybody in the states possibly help me out with sourcing a twinkie or three?? It's been years since I've had one,,but I just want to freeze one last one to enjoy in all its sugary glory!! |

The only Twinkies i ever saw here in the UK were adverts in American super-hero comics i read as a kid . . . . and more recently an early episode of Family Guy where Peter recalls that the snackfood Twinkies are the only food that can survive a nuclear holocaust |

Marinela does all of the Hostess treats in Mexico. Just have a friend ship you some, I grew up with those and the taste is pretty much the same. |

I use to love the cream filled Hostess cupcakes. One day at school I noticed a pack in a vending machine and said to myself " Hmm they don't make those anymore I wonder if they are old?" I ate them anyhow but they did taste kind of stale. |
