I think you have to pay Celga to set up an acct for you. They handle the back end, but you can bid at your leisure. At least I think that's how it works. |

Some bidding services allow you to bid in real time at no additional cost. You could use another bidding service in addition to Celga, and you'd be covered during a buy-it-now situation. |
