I think you have to pay Celga to set up an acct for you. They handle the back end, but you can bid at your leisure. At least I think that's how it works.

Some bidding services allow you to bid in real time at no additional cost. You could use another bidding service in addition to Celga, and you'd be covered during a buy-it-now situation.

its only like 3 bucks a month. the set up fee was 15 when i did it.
