Post subject:  Toei Spider-Man TV Series!
Just stumbled across this today.. Marvel.com have been hosting the Japanese Spider-Man series from 1979!! It looks like it's full of goofy Ultraman style monsters.. Plus it looks like there's a scene where Spidey channels The Punisher and is spraying bullets everywhere with some kind of machine gun!! :)

Don't forget Spiderman's giant leopard inspired robot, Leopardin, for when Dr.Satan's monsters grow huge.

WOW! thanks for posting this, I always heard about it but never saw. A toy of the robot from this show, was released in the U.S. in the mini-Godaikin line, I used to have a bunch of them.
