Pay attention to Scape Singapore, the Army of Sinper crew usually have stuff going on there.

Also watch out for the poisonous haze that everyone is talking about. You'll need a gasmask.

There are some toy shops in a particular multi storey near/in china town somewhere.
(A big glass windowed corner building, sorry thats the best I can do atm).
Best on Sundays when they have a big market stall set up within the mall itself selling heaps of random stuff including some toys. And about 4-5 regular toy shops from designer to older western and eastern. Make sure to go upstairs.

I like Little India too.

Thanks Ironpaw. I had Scape (near Somerset subway station) recommended by a friend. Will check it.
Thankfully it looks like the haze has settled down compared to earlier in the month.
