Museum of Antique Toys - Mexico
The largest collection of toys in the world, in the heart of Mexico City
So last year I went down to Mexico City for vacation during the Thanksgiving holiday. I did the same thing in 2013, but wasn't able to make it out to the toy museum... Thankfully I corrected that mistake and got to visit the toy museum last year. Unassuming from the outside, you make your way up the stairs and enter into toy heaven. Cases and cases crammed with toys, room after room, almost like a maze, everywhere you look there another display case packed full of stuff. And as you make your way through the multi-floor(!!) museum and eventually snake your way around to the ground floor (the museum entrance is on the 2nd floor), you are greeted with their museum store, once again jam packed with tons of vintage, bootleg and licensed toys from Mexico and beyond.
Here are a few pics from my visit, I probably spent two hours in there, but could've easily spent multiple days just oogling all the stuff they had.

But without further ado here are the pics, sorry for the glare on some pics, it was hard to get good shots of some stuff:

And it goes without saying... but if you ever get the chance, do yourself a favor and go check this place out. You won't regret it.
