I am a little surprised actually. Guess it just seemed like it would always be around. Anyone know if they are going online only or something like that?

I haven't heard anything about it closing, but would honestly be surprised, one, given that I don't really see any reason for it to be necessary for it to close, for all the [outwardly apparent at least] success of past shows, and also if we didn't hear about it first from some of the folks directly involved. Now, I am admittedly not privy to any of the inner workings of TAG, nor can I say anything about costs on running the physical location, just giving my impressions.

Sorry about that. Don't really look in those sections but I obviously should have.

Melrose rent is extremely high so it's a huge challenge for brick and mortars to turn a profit.

Riding off into the sunset.
Much respect to the people who actually try to grow the vinyl toy market. I had a chance to visit recently and I'm glad I made it at least once. It's sad to see another store go, but I guess we all just have to keep adapting and evolving. Much luck to Gino and the gang in their futures.
