Randomly logged in here and realized (TO THE HOUR) that I am celebrating 10 years and a month with you turds. I missed my anniversary, but holy fuck, dudes. Its been a long time talking toys! I just got some sofubi in the mail two days ago, and was exchanging texts with Ramos (SB user #1) about how awesome it is. Some things never change!

I think the coolest part is the friends I've made here. I still run into Justin Kovlasky a few times a year at toy shows on the East Coast and we end up talking for an hour while his kids try to drag him away  I meet up at Mister Softee in New Jersey with Mark Helm ( livingdead ) when he's home from Japan! I spend a weekend a year watching Horror movies at a Drive in with Chad Lurker. still have daily interaction on facebook with old SB people. In fact, several of them helped me this year by acting as secret Christmas Elves! Ed atease and I still text Disney news back and forth! I ran into S7's Josh / Brian Flynn in New York and was happy to chat with them for a bit again after about 8 years of not seeing them! And I still want to snuggle with all those LASK dudes when I see them once a year!  LOVE YOU GUYS |

Congratulations on the anniversary Missy! That sure is something. It is very excellent to see that you have maintained the relationships this board has fostered all this time; particularly in an age where people tend not to do this reluctantly even with 'real life' acquaintances. This place has produced a lot of things, but so much of the benefits are the immeasurable things just like that. We sure are a bunch of character here on SB, and it's really great that - for all of that other stuff - there is still so much community, good nature, and nice folks here. Ten years is a long time, though it can go by faster than you think sometimes; here's to an incredibly amazing ten to come for yourself and the board! |

seemingly so!! looks like it will be a decade for quite a few of us in the coming months.. cool to see that so many are still hanging in there...maybe not in the same capacity,,,but we're still here

Wow. I joined 10 years ago on the 1st of the year! I remember it was to partake in the big Kozik selloff, copped my first skullwings and chicken fevers. Still some of my favorite toys. |

Every time I see your avatar Kurt I think back to when I first saw it and said to myself man I have to get that toy at all cost. One of my all time favorite toys- grumpy caveman! You still have yours? I use to own all of them but only kept the GID. Congratulations on the 10+ years Missy! |
