How appropriate to announce this in the Supertouch blog. Vintage Bad Brains mean so much to me; one of my all time faves. HR is a tragic figure, tho; when I hear he's playing with them, I never know quite how to feel- I find it a bit hard to root for a kickass old-school performance...while still feeling like the guy is mentally ill and has never gotten the help he needs. I don't know, tho; last CB's show....the Brains....I may have to go...... |

man...that's going to be a tough call. I caught them wwwwwwwaaaayyy back in 1989 when they were still in their prime. I'm torn at whether or not I should see them or not. There's also a new Bad Brains documentary that's out -- all old films from their heyday! KW |
