They better make room at the local asylums because mental illness has become epidemic. i do like recon though. ever since the early Project Dragon days. Conservative designs with a simple military feel that never goes out of style. A breath of fresh air from all the Bape and KR neons out. |

The New York Nort/Recon staff is the nicest of the boutique clothing stores I went to. Totally helpful and were kind enough to mark up my tourist map with stuff they thought I'd be into. Very reasonable prices too. I was so impressed I picked up their Medicom glow Benny the Barb for support. Win-Win. |

Limited toys, I understand. Limited clothing, priced to reflect its limited release, I do not get. Don't see anything hardcore about spending a lot on hype "undaground" clothing. Original punks wore ratty clothes with holes in them. Folks these days will pay $500 for a "1 in 50" hoodie that someone in a factory ripped a hole in. Bape is the new Gucci of the wannabee hip elite. |

Don't mean to degrade Gucci. I was trying to say young folks with coin 20 years ago would buy Gucci to show off their riches. Folks these days are more likely to buy a "street" label like Bape. At least that's what I've seen in East Asia. |
