eat. drink something that will make you sweat and wrap yourself in blankets and sweat like a pig. high body heat kills viruses (thats what your fever is for-help it) drink tons of water juice etc. EAT A LOT even if you dont want to. The more you sweat, pee and shit the faster you will purge your body. |

If you're not feeling up to much food wise. Chicken noodle soup with chili oil works for me. Get's some goodness in you and makes you sweat like a mother. |

ha ha. you know that was the case for sure. We live in a world where coffee has to carry disclaimers that it's hot. hope you feel better. A good dansak curry always works wonders I find too. A bit of whisky before bed doesn't go a miss either. |

I had a bastard asian cold a few weeks ago... alcohol is the only way you will shift it... you need, all in a coffee cup, a big tablespoon of honey, juice of a whole lemon, couple of cloves and a couple of shots of whiskey. top it up with boiling water. Hit the sack and wake up shining! good luck with it! |

Rest and plenty-o-liquids, good luck on the quiz. me too, dayquil has me doing rapid foot tapping movements. I usually just dook it out with dayquil/nightquil combo and a fat spoonful of honey and Lemon juice every morning. i also rinse and gargle with warm salt water alot??? and of course the second my throat can handle it...bongloads to increase appetitie and continue onto franks suggestion. i usually dont sleep when im sick so some cable is neccesary(4am = Gigantor time) Earlier in August I had a lung infection which was pretty crazy fun. I swear the first two days of it i couldn't do simple addition. |

take a really hot bath (it should hurt to get in the tub) and add loads of sea salt and baking soda. Not sure why it works but it does. |

Shit. I'll vouch for Airborne. What is it...1000% of your daily required Vitamin C? Don't overdo it though...too much Vit C is bad for the kidneys, I think. Either that, or I'm talking out of my ass... |
