If you have an extra $3K lying around (and don't we all!), a new framed and signed Mark Ryden print will be available on the 18th. http://www.markryden.com/editions/index.html Nice, but damn!!! Sigh |

My sigh was not so much for that specific piece, but for the fact that a Mark Ryden limited edition print is $3k! I repeat, a print! Don't think any Ryden prints will be adorning my walls anytime soon. |

I saw proof of the print about a month ago, it is absolutely beautiful and it is quite large. It has a foil stamp on most of the jewelry and there is a slight emboss added to parts of the image. My buddy Brad Keech of Pressure Printing did all of the production and accents for Mark on this print. Amazing. So, if you do have $3,000.00 laying around, I suggest you pick one up. (I would rather buy toys........) John |

Whats teh edition size on that? I have an 8 foot tall banner from the Pasadena Show that was professionally cleaned and signed and numbered in an edition of 200 by Mark. Since I moved house I have nowhere to put it - anyone know of anyone who might be interested? |

The new print is a small run of 60. And you can bet it will be selling for 5 - 6,000 that later that afternoon. I imagine your banner would be worth a bit. Mark Ryden is so hot right now. I'm not into the market value thing, though. I just like the images - weird antiquity, toys & raw meat. |
