Definitely a testament to how crappy Fedex is as well. This came from San Jose to LA not from japan....
Now the question is what do I do to the seller? Is this no a questions asked negative feedback situation?

No don't. You should send the pics to him and expect full refund. This is simply crazy. They should wrap in full double layer bubble wrap, outside foam. Also should wrap in a plastic bag first in case it gets wet on a rainy day during delivery. What happened to an outer box? Who's the seller? edit: It is not FedEx fault at all. Also think of your resell value if you wanted to sell this one day, it's worthless. |

OUCH!!!!! Man looking at that picture was like seeing someone kicked in the NUTS 
Read the box though................it says something to the fact that it's only to protect the figure. Really it does. Okay that aside YES he needs some negative feedback. Well first send him an e-mail complaining. At least give him a chance to explain his stupidity. I'd love to see his excuse. That sucks man, but how is the figure?? |

no no, it wasn't addude. It was originally from JP but the guy offered to ship it when he arrived while on his current trip. about Fedex, it's still pretty beat up aside from the packaging. Every box I receive from USPS is pristine. |

The figure looks fine suprisingly. The scary thing is it looks like it was opened. The plastic clam shell was separated. I'm not going to act on feedback until I've had time to talk to the seller and think about what to do of course. |

WTF? WHo on earth sent u that? I have received stuff like that before - that moron Addude sent stuff to me once nearly as bad as that, but atleast it had an outer box, and I bought some nikes SB's where the seller just taped em up like that, oh, and I bought a rare DC Direct Sandman Statue years ago where it was the same deal - and of course, teh statue arrived jacked inside the box! As far as resale goes, I wouldn't say it is worthless at all, just reduced ... as long as the figure is good. |
