I have it but I stopped playing after I caught all the fish and all the bugs. |

I played the hell out of the GC version of AC. I've thought about getting the DS game but if it's pretty much the same game I'll probably pass. Anybody know how different it is? |

Missy - It took me one year of playing everyday to do it. Winter time sucks for catching anything. There isn't a lot that is out in the winter. I spent winter getting the snowman series of furniture and building up my house. Gabbagabba - Its the exact same game with a couple add ons. |

Someone wanna explain the game to me? I've heard so many people talk about what a great game it is. But the LITTLE that I've seen, it looks so lame. I've never seen it played and don't know what the objective is - so my opinion is based on the commercials and the game box. What do you do and why's it so fun? |

Hmmmm...is it kinda like a "roll playing" game then? Or like those Sims games where you just kinda build towards something - but rather than buying status symbols, you "catch" animals? (I heard someone talk about catching bugs?) I can see how this would be very addicting...I'm glad I've never played any of those sorts of games! |

i'm probably the biggest flippin dweeb for bringing this back to life 2 years later but... has anyone created an S7 logo for their shirt? i've been searching for a decal maker online, but they all seem to have been taken down. |

Are there any FURRIES here? Reason I ask is: this thread has received 21 posts (not counting this one) from just 7 posters since last Wednesday However, it's had over 1400 views That's almost as many as the 'kitteh of teh dai' thread has got in 6 MONTHS!!! There must be an awful lot of closet 'Animal Crossing' fans lurking SB. Whatever ... Here's a late Xmas present for you: ![]() I'm an ex-'Second Life'-er myself btw. One day at a time ... one day at a time ... |
