I saw an episode of Inked where the kid drank a gallon of milk.

He ended up tossing it after a few also.

I puked up a bunch of water one time. I used to be into bodybuilding, and I tried to stay hydrated at all times. I overdid it one night though...

water during afternoon lift + water at dinner + water while trying creatine for first time = PUKE

The idea of the challenge was to drink as much as you can and not pee, thats what caused the problem.
You can easily drink a half gallon of water with no problem as long as you can 'let it pass' or its in recovery from heavy cardio like running or biking...

I am sympathetic to the family she left behind, but my sympathy for the mother only goes so far. I thought everybody knew about water intoxication. She worked at a medical facility. The staff and contestants were apparently even warned on the air by someone claiming to be a nurse that it was dangerous:

And if she lived, and won, she only would have taught her kids that it was okay to do stupid things like this to get game consoles.

No one was thinking here.

10 people at the station have been fired. It's probably some kind of a record. Less people than that were fired in the wake of Opie and Anthony's Sex for Sam contest.
