sorry guys I totally disagree. I really like the old stuff, but they have become everything they once stood against. I'm all for artists moving on but come on ,records with U2, overblown bullshit rock operas 7 half assed political songs. And i dislike the drummer and the faces he pulls. |

I hate my own generation. I don't need some whiney Rock Star telling me their half-assed researched political views. Bunch of self-righteous jag offs if you ask me. But I bet you're right sadly enough, that's how they'll be remembered. |

I remember them opening for Laibach in the early 90's. |

I didnt really think they stood against anything before. I think its now they have standpoints... I feel bad for lookout! and losing the rights to those records... that seems to happen alot of them |

What the fuck!! is this for real? nothing like writing a whole album against corporate america while collecting millions of dollars from merch bought by 13 year old girls who think they are "so punk". Dillinger four has more subversive lyrical content in the first 30 seconds of any song than green day could ever dream of writing For fucks sake green days big hit, american idiot, opening riff is completely stolen from the Dillinger Four song Doublewhiskeycokenoice this was a joke post correct?? |

This is such a KR-board thread. What next, arguing the relative merits of Blink 182 and My Chemical Romance? |

Touch & Go, that label changed everything for me. How can you not listen to Scratch Acid and not think they were way ahead of everthing at the time and to me still are. I know, some of you are saying "wait, the first record was on Rabid Cat!". But that second EP was just as much genius. And what about Big Black's "Atomizer"? I could never do that record justice in words. |

KJB wrote: This is such a KR-board thread. What next, arguing the relative merits of Blink 182 and My Chemical Romance? The "KR-ness" comes from all the "more punk/indie/metal than thou" hate. Thread's about a band you don't like? Cool - start a thread about one you do. |

Yes, Killdozer were great. Especially when the twins were still in the band! "Burl" was a classic. |

any of you old men have Negative approach(tied down,7"), Necros(conquest for death7"), or naked raygun vinyl you'd like to part with? will give them a good home and compensate you accordingly.... just think about it.. most underrated touchngo bands for me are black heart procession and don caballero. although they dont mention it Im pretty sure Mario Rubalcaba played drums for them at one point. |
