I'm super hyped. I love Rodriguez, he can jump around from Sin City to Spy Kids and stil ltotally rock it! QT is cool too, I'm pretty excited to see this one, looks like violent fun. |

I think I'm going to a midnight show tomorrow - at almost 3 hours, it should be no fun getting up for work on Friday, but it certainly seems like it'll be worth it. |

I'm pumped for it. the only problem is I won't be able to see it anytime soon because I'm covering the Philadelphia Film Festival for Fearnet.com and have to go to see like 20 other movies in a week's time. not that I'm complaining. |

thought the movie, while a bit too long and the usual QT excessive dialogues, was tight overall. some great kill scenes overall. i will defintely buy the dvd when it comes out, to pick up on all the little things i missed in the movie. i especially dug the don't and thanksgiving trailers also. |

Does QT appear in the film and have a lame monologue scene like the coffee scene in Pulp Fiction? The guy is a complete egomaniac asshole though I liked Pulp and the Kill Bills... |

Night Shyamalan does when he makes a cameo in his movies...JMHO though. I think I'm going to go see them again while they're in the theatre. I found the length to be perfect. Heck we're talking about two movies here...oh and the $6.- movie ticket...CANNOT complain with that?! I haven't read anything on that but I'm guessing that was probably part of the whole GH experience too? _Ethan |

I haven't read anything on that but I'm guessing that was probably part of the whole GH experience too? _Ethan where do you live that it costs $6 to go to the movies? my review: I liked RR's half a lot. fake trailers were awesome as I knew they would be. QT's half was okay, but too talky. he tries so hard with the dialogue and it's so forced sometimes. we didn't need to see those girls hang out at a bar for 45 minutes, there could have been more car chases with that time. last 20 minutes was fantastic though. rumor has it he wants to expand his half to a full 2 hour movie by itself. ugh. and the other rumor is that RR wants to make Machete, possibly for the DVD release. |

[/quote] I live in the DC Metro area, normally tix are $9.50 & $15 for "Director's Hall (ppfffffft)...when they said $6 I was literally dumbfounded...I thought maybe it was all part of the GH theme. |
