The size of this thing must add an extra creepiness factor.
I challenge anyone to spend the night with her on your bedside night-stand.

I'm glad I'm not the only one that was shocked on how sketchy this slit mouth woman is.
Gabe thanks for pointing out the rope burns I didn't see that at first.
The clothes on and off both scare the living shit out of me!
Can only imagine the vibes future releases will give off. How many versions are there?

To my knowledge, this is the first version we've seen following the introduction of the figure. I was really looking forward to seeing the first painted version, and I was definitely not disappointed here.
I was able to get one in-store at Lulubell, and there is no way I am letting her into my bedroom, even in the daytime.
The lumpiness feeling in-hand is indescribable, but what I can say is that it increases the 'this thing is beyond spooky' factor for me.
Reading about the 'real-life' version of her online really was interesting, too, esp. the bits about 1979.

go put one in someone elses room, have a laugh with them.....then in the morning sneak in and stick it in a different place closer to them before they wake up.
I do this with my daughter and "fucked-up scary monkey toy" whenever she is giving me the irrits....oh how we laugh...she screams...we laugh.

I agree the gangly-ness is awesome, although it does make it tricky to stand up.

Perhaps I'm just very desensitized but I don't find it that scary. Does anyone have any pictures of the ones wrapped in gauze? Thought I saw a pic a while back but I forgot where I saw it. Neveretheless this is arguably the best thing velocitron has ever put out, even though if it's technically a collab.

Will there be more releases of this sculpt?

Headless brought his over last night and I want to track one down, or the next release.

I can't think of (m)any toys where we've only ever seen just one version released. Though, I certainly wish that were the case for some. I think it's safe to assume we'll see more of her in the future.

Sure wish that Velocitron would update his social media. I'm dying to see some new stuff or hear whether or not he'll be at NYCC this year. I -HAVE- to get a slit-mouthed woman, HAVE TO.

last two years he's helped amy run the lulubell booth so i'd say chances are good.

I imagine he's too swamped with work making his toys, not to mention other folks projects.

True, but it's been over three years since he updated his site.

Also true, but they don't have a nifty outfit, sadly. I sure do like those outfits... I guess if all else fails, I can teach my lazy ass to sew and just get one from Lulubell.

Nice! All the more reason why I got to nab some tickets, haha.

Reported from the Stegoforest thread but I figured it's more relevant here and we could possibly get a proper response?

Bit of an end of the year bummer..

Havent been posting much in toy land lately.. First year of my daughters life and moved across the country twice so priorities and money have been elsewhere.

The bummer news is that Im thinking my new toys, and stegoforest, are no longer happening.

Ive spent the last 4 months trying get an email response from ricky with no luck.

Originally was told the new toys would be done in back in may, then july. Then august was the last time I got a response to my emails.

The last stegoforest order was placed at the end of 2014 and I saw test pulls in april, but those are MIA as well.

Ive spent the last month or so just sending emails saying, please just send me what you have including the newer sculpts. Not asking when things will be done because Ive been told "I should have something next week!" for pretty much a year on a weekly basis.

Im worried that maybe the new sculpts are lost after hearing from someone else that ricky lost the molds for their toy..

Ive emailed people who contributed to the crowdfunding thing about refunds.

Would be cool to get the new toys back and find another way to get them made, but I dont think I can pay to have them sculpted a second time.

After this shit experience Im calling it quits for now in the self produced toy world. Maybe if the popularity of it dies down Ill start it up again, but I cant afford to place large orders which seems to be the only way get proper service these days.

Glad you posted this here, Glenn! These toys are too beautiful to be kicked to the side, or worse yet, lost...
