It was pretty amazing. One of the best pieces there. For next year, Pus should do a handpaint jar of pus. |

pickleloaf wrote: is this figure made after the henshin style cyborg of the same name? or is it the other way around? it's actually made after a character that Pushead made for COCOBAT, a Japanese band, which is what the Henshin style guy and the vinyl version are from- here is the album cover- ![]() |

pickleloaf wrote: is this figure made after the henshin style cyborg of the same name? or is it the other way around? You're thinking of Cocoboy. He isn't a Cyborg, but a Cro-Magnon. From what I understand, Cocoboy and Skull Bonz came out after Cocobat Joe and Skullhead Joe. Cococroc came after. |

I thought the Joes came out first in 1998. I spent a few years looking for one, finally scoring it for $216 for teh Skullhead Joe in 2000. At teh time, $216 seemed INSANE! The Cocobat album came out with a pushead Cococroc cover, on which teh figure was based. There was another Pushead Cocobat sleeve, with the Cocobat Joe guy on the cover, on which the Cocobat Joe, and SkullHead Joe figures were based. I can't remember what order they came out in though. The excellent and underated Cocoboy n Skullbonz came out last I think. The RAH figures were designed by Oka from Medicom, and very obviously henshin cyborg influenced. Last year Hiddy released two Cocobat Joe variant Phantom 8 Man (Beeman) suits as a nice complement to the 3 original Cocobat Joes. Annnnnddddd....IMO that Coocroc was by far the best figure at the 126 minutes of Pus...and Isaac scored it - so all teh better! PS. VGA, never seen that header before. RAD find! |

Maybe you misread what I said, but you're basically asking for confirmation of what you stated (since you basically said what I stated too). Edit - Nevermind, I see what you're saying. So: Cocobat Joe Skullhead Joe Cococroc Cocoboy Skull Bonz (not taking into consideration the variant versions) |
