Is this the only release for these guys?

I really want them but don't think I can afford them just yet. I wish they had a vinyl (cheaper version).

Anybody know anything?

It is supposed to be the only release but you never know.

Well I guess I'm going to have to put my list on hold again.

Would vinyl really be any cheaper though? I mean they're about $75 a pop plus shipping, and for their size and detail I'd say that's pretty good. It's just the fact you need to buy a set that makes it pricey.

True, and they are rediculously kick ass.

As long as there are some at the beginning of november, I'll be getting those instead of my Jaqulinans and Dokugan.

Man, I wish people could put making awesome stuff on hold while I catch up. I can only afford a toy or two a month!!!

Hey - Nathan J ain't a merican. He is one of them Australian marsupials! :D

Aside from that, I read this was a release of 350. S7 maybe the only US retailer, but Artoyz will be carrying them & I would imagine other Australian, Asian & European shops may have them (given the edition size).

I believe the rest of them are for MTV Canada to give away/sell/whatever.

the figures are awesome and definitely worth the cash. i think having to buy the whole set is scaring some people away since $230 is a decent chunk of change.

the resin is a nice change. it has so much weight to it.

I have a sneaking suspicion their are more on the way. I'm sure other retailers will have some. Look fro them around next month or so. These really are some amazing looking pieces.

OK let me clarify

there are only 350 of each figure made period
these were done for MTV canada as a internal promo item
but when they saw the final prototypes they decided to let us make more

75 of each went to the SUper7 store, (this is the ONLY USA retail place to buy them) 10 went to MTV usa and will probably not make it to stores, the rest went to MTV canada

there will be a few showing up in different shops in Canada like Magic Pony etc
perhaps a few might make it to Europe but that is the breakdown and all depends on MTV

If these get a good reaction I think you will see more Fauna figures in the future
in a variety of colors and materials
