Post subject:  Nathan J! Inspirational "behind-the-scenes" video.

I have posted a video of a presentation Nathan gave at an international conference in Australia last April. His talk dealt with sources of inspiration for his work, which includes kaiju figures. The presentation includes vinyl kaiju pics and other cool things, and shows the development of his Fauna creatures, Scarygirl, and City Folk figures. Also, a cool sequence at the beginning shows how fast Nathan sketches out and initially explores ideas.

Here is the link if you want to check out the video or want more info about Nathan's presentation and his work.

Here are a couple of stills from the video:

All of that fauna stuff needs to be made into toys.

I also didn't realize that all of that stuff was done by him. Wow, he is deifinatly on my favorite artists list now.

Thanks for the video, Taro!

Hmmm... Which link is not working for you? (They all seemed to be working when I just tried.)

I saved Nathan's presentation in Quicktime format before uploading it.

It is now also on YouTube: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5NtHk9SKyyc

I can't see the MTV spot ones. It just shows an unavailable JPG symbol.

Maybe it's just my work computer. I'll try it on my one at home.
