Post subject:  PLEASE READ: SHIPPING SCHEDULE

Ok, things are hopping and I have lots of orders so I did a deal with the PO for a special drop of scheduleoff hours..which means:

Starting this Saturday, all orders will ship every other Saturday. So from now on, please allow a max of 3 weeks for your items, as I am unable to go to the PO for each order day by day.

Instead I go to the PO every other Satrurday at 7 am before they open and do a 'mass dump'

since I am a 1 man operation, this is the way its going to be. If this shedule does not work for you, IE 'I need my toy immediately' then please dont order.

-Thanks !

Frank

you don't even have to go to the post office. you can have them come to you. it' free! I live by it, as I only have bike (as in bicycle).

click n ship doesnt rerally work as

1. I dont want to deal with it
2. my PC sucks and i dont want to buy a new one
3. the pick up guy has an 8 hour window, and if im not there when he shows, all the click and ship postage is invalidated and theres a whole routine of hoops to jump throughj to get a credit then re-issue it
4. the stickers are super expensive

so, for me, the only effective way is doing a twice monthly drop off. In return, my shipping is like 1/2 the price of say Super7.

again, if you cannot wait a max of 3 weeks for an item, don't order it.

thanks-Frank

I understand. it does really depend on where you live and who comes to get your mail. I live in a pretty cool neighborhood and am able to leave my packages on the front porch. the postal employee that drops by also usually comes within a 2 hour window, in case I want to wait.

I also use stamps.com for printing stuff. cost like $7-$8 a month, and you can do it all. you can also reprint and refund if you need to. never really had any issues with sending stuff with a different date.

but your option seems fair enough.

unfortunately, my studio is right in the middle of Crackville Hobotton so leaving shit out means it either is immediately stolen or set on fire.

Google Maps, street view, is scary...

edit: meaning not that the neighborhood is scary, just the power of Google Maps is scarey to be able to swoop down to the street level. Insane.

abandoned church. Its been boarded up since the big quake in '89, parish cant afford to retrofit it so it just sits there, decaying. tons of homeless live behind it. also, theres all these little alley streets you cant see that are especially skanky. upside is I have a HUGE space for almost nothing.

They let you carry a piece in SF? I carry one everyday myself,my place of work is in crack town too, when I open up around 5am in tha morning it can be pretty hairy..I have a permit to carry, tha funny thing is that tha cop's in tha neighborhood have alway's told me if I have to shoot someone make sure I get tha job done and for godsake don't wound them because they'll have you tied up in court with a lawsuit,so I carry a BIG piece.Kimber custom 45.shoots like a dream..

There is just something funny about picturing Frank taking a Mass Dump at the PO.

Maybe I'm just fucked up.
