| Post subject: | Question for Belchor owners |
Mine landed in S. Florida today - first, I have to say it's amazing. I think the overall finish is nicer than the Bigazzalon. My question is - I'm thinking about spot-glueing the funnels on the top of his head. Have others done this? What sort of glue do you recommend? I want to glue them so they'll stay put but I don't want to permanently weld them in there. Also, here's a tip - don't unpack Belchor if you're wearing a jacket with any velcro on it. |

i discovered that silicone sealant does the trick real nice - it holds the funnels in place very firmly yet isn't they can still be removed if i have to move Belchie at some point. |

this guy and the bigazzalon where packed in finely shredded foam - like the kind of foam that's old, brittle and disintegrating - you wouldn't believe the mess it creates when you open up the box (not that I'm complaining - i feel really lucky to have had a shot at these) - i was wearing a jacket with velcro closures on the sleeve and just by reaching into the box, my arms got covered with this stuff. Anyone who's opened one of these boxes knows exactly what I'm talking about |
