Those look fun! Kurzweil is my favorite. Are the names references? Kurzweil and Vinge are both authors who've talked about AI before. I've actually read The Age of Spiritual Machines by Kurzweil years ago. (Forgot most of it...) Not sure on the other names. |

Thanks fellas! Yes, all the names are references to people involved with AI, engineering, and mathematics. Erewhon was a book (by Samuel Butler) about a utopia without machines and disease. The super computer (Ailesh) that resides in each figure created and controls all of them. Ailesh started as a government AI project but was shut down after the computer became self aware and started to evolve on it's own. In his frustration Ailesh created the humanoid monsters to destroy the scientist team that had abandoned him. I've really put a lot of thought into these figures, if they do well I plan on doing more in the series. So I guess we'll see. I completely fascinated with the thought of transhumanism and the coming singularity. |

I can't express my excitement enough for all five releases. So we'll thought out, designed, painted(fantastic color choices and layouts), everything! Very, very excited to see these in hand! Love that AI is the key component to their back stories, as well as the inspired names and mechanisms inside of each figure. |

These all rule, definitely will need the B set. Kurzweil and Vinge stand out and go so well together. |

Hey nice job on these I dig the colors and sculpts alot. The set would make a welcome edition to my collection. Good luck at dcon, I will have some stuff there at a few different booths as well. |

Saw these at DCON and they were super nice. I didn't realize they were as big as they are. Unfortunately I didn't get any pics because I'm an idiot. |

These figures all looked super awesome in person. I only had a minute or two to look them over, they were painted beautifully, and extremely well designed. And the Korosiya is magnificent! |

Scooped up a Set B. I didn't realize the base vinyl was GITD in all cases. The sprays are so nice and covering that I assumed the main color was the base...plus I totally forgot about any teaser pics that were on Instagram already. Great release. |

Despite them being at the Lulu booth at the Con, I couldn't quite swing 'em at the time. But I did just pick up Set A, and I couldn't be more excited. The paints on the GID, as well as the mechanic guts inside are so, so awesome. I can't wait to photograph the pair! |
