*Old Toby by Apocalypse Popsicle
(3 HP, one two-pour resin blank, baby-blue-solid/turquoise-clear)

Featuring the first releases of Old Toby and the Fat Lady Crew, customs from Gatchabert, Toybotstudios, and Mutant Vinyl Hardcore. Ordering info and full details go online on Sunday Feb. 14 (Chinese New Year) at http://apocalypsepopsicle.blogspot.com/
with delivery on or before the Ides of March. Each box will contain an Old Toby and Fat Lady Crew by me and one additional set from my other two (Uni-chan, Apocalypse Parade). There are over ten custom Hand Paints by Gatchabert, Toybotstudios, and Mutant Vinyl Hardcore that will be randomly mixed in the 5 boxes. So every box will have at least two HP mini-figs from those illustrious artists listed above. T-shirts, original art, and extra toys will also be included.

Put my order in and have my fingers crossed. So many cool things that might show up in a Box of Fate. Toby's, Fat Ladies, Piss Banana, Frankensnail, assorted Apocalypse Parade figures, ect. and customized by the likes of Bert, Kirkland, and Rich. Being a huge fan of all these guys makes the Box of Fate an extra special treat for me. Thanks to all!

thanks connell and everybody else who helped with this release. i am currently SOLD OUT (boom?) but will still be taking Waiting List buyers until all of the payments have rolled in.

the real fun will come when i post the pics of the rest of the box. really only about a third of the toys in the release have been shown.

that wouldn't be fair to the recipients who are slotted to receive their packages on March 15th. I will post up some of the resin art canvases that are going into the box between now and March 15th, but the toys I don't want to show until the new owners have them in hand. It's always fun to see what wasn't shown in a lucky bag during initial sale and I'm trying to model this release like that. I think it makes it slightly more special to surprise people partially.

Any other month, and one of those five boxes would have been mine. I was *this* close to sending the email when it hit me just how much I spent on toys this month.

oh man, that is tight. recognizing the Howard the Duck comics use from only "The Island of Dr Bong!" I have used a few Howard images in a handful of these. Perhaps you recall Dr. Reich?
I found this stat sheet on him today and they use the same image as I happened to clip and use from the comic book itself.
