"We get a first look at the Pinocchio and Jimmy Cricket toys by American artist Kaws. The two toys were shown as part of a show book; as part of the Kaws museum exhibition, which started today at The Aldrich Contemporary Art Museum. At this time it is not clear if this toy is being released but it does show a listing of 2010 and having been produced by Medicom Toy Co. / Disney. It is also listed as from the “Collection of artist.”" -High Snobiety

I'm sure the usual people will complain about the whole look being played out with the crossbones and x's, but these are perfect. Whatever happened with the rumor that KAWS was going to do motu though?

Would love to have both this and the rumored smurfs. Whoever does the sculpting on the Medicom Disney toys really nails it. Hope Disney lets them do it.

A few more:

Absolutely gorgeous sculpt.

The road to acquiring this (if it ever comes to pass...which I hope it does) will be littered with corpses.

I really hope this happens. Its been a while since we've seen a good quality vinyl sculpt fromKaws. It looks like a good size too. 5YL size would be sweet. I hope its a set too, not individual sale.

I wonder if this will be another Japan Only release due to licensing issues like the Star Wars pieces.

I really hope not, all that did was make them a flippers paradise over here in the states.

These are the first Kaws figures I've wanted in a really long time...here's hoping they're not impossible to get your hands on.

Just realized the the arms and hands are articulated....at first I thought it was static....

Definitely skyrocketed to the top of my interest as a result!
