thanks! this one is based on the artwork by Dwid Hellion from the Integrity split 7" with Rot in Hell. it may look simple, but its the most complex thing MW has done thus far; there are 10 different vinyl pieces w/ 8 different points of movement. ![]() |

This is really a killer figure. I have been wondering about it since I saw the preview shot. It has a very cool, traditional lore look. My only slight hesitation, and it is very small, is the crosses on the forehead - just a bit too satanist for me, which is like skulls on toys, but it is of course true to the original concept art. I am very interested to see what other version you guys are putting forth in the future. |

Does not look simple. Love it! Love the accessories, the mythological body and the cartoonish grin. |

I still can't figure out all the details based on the matte black but "simple" is something I wouldn't come up with when it comes to describing this toy. It looks eerie as hell and very original. Nice job. |

I really love this toy, but I'm gonna hold for a painted version. You're right, kind of surprising it wasn't sold out. |

bansheebot wrote: Needs more hair plugs and tiny New Era hats. Make it mixed parts or give it a $600 price tag for a goof. Or maybe put on a lottery for a dot matrix print of the album artwork where winners get a chance to buy the toy. Then I'd be interested. What's wrong with the crosses? They're not even inverted! Maybe someone should do a My Pet Monster or Garfield "inspired" custom... Yeah, that thing about the crosses is bugging me, too - I didn't know Dwid was a Christian? Thinking of displaying the Heksen upside down for added satanic effect. bansheebot wrote: I'm not sure if it'd really fit with my collection, but I still think it's a cool sculpt. Monster Worship have such a broad range of styles in their releases, and I find that really refreshing. Being as unique & grotesque as it is, I don't really see this fitting into anybody's collection - but who gives a heksen, what's more important to me is that in a time where almost all sofubi are endlessly referencing/regurgitating pop & underground culture, this is one truly original creation. Oh yeah, and it's A FUCKING INTEGRITY TOY!!! ![]() |

I think this figure still remains underrated. The new D-Con version in red really shows off the details a lot more. I can see how it is so creative and different that it isn't an easy fit for a lot of people in their collection, and it is a shame it may suffer because of its originality - in any case a beautifully executed piece of Japanese vinyl. ![]() |

ultrakaiju wrote: it is a shame it may suffer because of its originality Hopefully you are incorrect, so far it seems like everyone here loves it. I think it got great character and I love that it isn't the standard fare. Personally I am waiting to see some paint but the red is looking good. |

The staff is meant to go in left hand, though they are both the same size. Don't be scert to work that rod in the hole ![]() I'm working on sourcing other materials now for future releases. |

Heat the hand up with a blowdryer to soften it up... but don't heat the staff up, keep it firm... and you should be able to slide it into the hand with ease. Happens to Boogies all the time ![]() |
