Sorry about that. We are here. Sometimes we don't pick up the call waiting because someone is asking us for lots of details on a toy. Not sure what the deal is with the magazine line. I will check this out. I'm not sure if the problem has been fixed by now or not, but I too wish to report the weird hang-up problem. A couple of weeks ago, I saw that the store called on my little ID box, and tried to return the call. 3 times the phone rang, picked up and provided like 2 seconds of silence before hang up. I thought my mobile had, as one of my old professors used to say, a "psychobilly freakout" or something. Nice to know I wasn't the only with that problem. But yet I received a call from the store to my home phone perfectly, so I'm not sure what, if anything is the real issue here. But I must say despite that tiny snag, Super 7 service has always been super excellent. I've been a supporter since the beginning, but now I suppose the thanks goes primarily to Brian and Isaac, so... thanks! |
