kaiju is expensive... but the only type of toy i want to collect from now on.

i have lurked here for over a year and been on kidrobot mostly. kaiju is expensive... but the only type of toy i want to collect from now on.

I think collecting vinyl toys are expensive period but your head is in the right place. Kaiju is my drug of choice and Real x Head is it's name. Welcome.. you'll be broke from now on but it's the best kind of broke.

Welcome,you have come to the right place for your new found collecting habit,take my advice and start out slow and find what really trip's your trigger,you will be much happier in the long run! And yes this stuff is expensive to collect,but with alittle self control you'll be just fine,the difference between collecting kaiju and the other stuff you've been collecting is that this is quality japanese kaiju figure's and not a bunch of dummy's,mummy's etc...Spend your time with us, and spend your money on japanese goodness and you will have a bigger smile on your face when you look at your collection..

lowenbrow actually gives some great advice. When I first got into this, I bought up a bunch of toys that I no longer care for. Like he said, start slow and find out what you really like. Otherwise you'll have toys that you no longer want or care for, and would have wished you never bought in the first place. Take it from me, I have a box full of them that I don't want.. In other words, don't got hogshit-wild and buy up anything you think is cool right away. In 90% of the cases, you will be able to buy it later if you're still interested in it. |

thanks for the kind advice and welcomes. this board is certainly more enjoyable the then others i visit. and i see a few familar names here from other boards, too. kaiju krazy here i come. why do clear toys have to be so damn cool? especially ones filled with random stuff like bb's or glitter. what a great idea. |
